In brief
The tools on this site run in your browser: nothing is sent unless you request a document by email, or tick, when booking, the box that attaches a summary of your answers. This site shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. If you accept, it uses Microsoft Clarity, an audience-measurement tool that records how pages are viewed (page views, clicks, scrolling) to improve the site. Clarity loads only after your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit, and does not load if you decline. Your choice is kept for six months. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page. Microsoft’s processing of this data is described on its privacy statement. Your data is neither sold nor shared.
Data controller
Yann Nachtrieb, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 104 462 213. Contact: yann@maisonpolaris.fr.
What is collected, and why
- Document requested by email: your email address, your first name if you give it, your answers and the document produced. These are used to send you the document and to prepare our conversation. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box.
- Booking a call: the information entered in the calendar (name, email, any message). It is used to arrange the meeting. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
- Summary attached to a booking: if you tick the box provided on the booking page, a summary of your answers and an internal priority note used to organise the calendar are sent with your booking. They are used only to prepare the conversation. Legal basis: your consent.
Who has access
Only me, and the technical providers that host or carry the data on my behalf:
- Brevo, a French company (storing requests, sending emails and tracking contacts);
- Cal.com (booking calendar), which sets its own technical cookies when the calendar is displayed;
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for the Clarity audience-measurement tool;
- Vercel (website hosting).
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Three years after our last contact if we do not work together. If an advisory relationship begins, the legal retention periods specific to that relationship apply.
Your rights
At any time you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent. Write to yann@maisonpolaris.fr: you will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can refer the matter to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
